While this loop may feel a little long, there are multiple entry points along the trail so you can make it as long or as short as you like.

This trail is multi-use, open to hiking, running, biking and horseback riding. Keep you're eyes and ears open when out on the trail and yield appropriately.

Description

This route is probably the most popular loop in Auburn State Recreation Area. With multiple parking areas along the loop, the length is easily adjustable.

The trail starts at Grizzly Bear House parking area along Forest Hill Drive. From there follow signs for the loop. You'll wind along a 0.5-mile long connector.
